To ensure prompt service, we are appointment only. All bookings with The Palm Extension Bar must be booked with a card on file or down payment. This is to reduce reschedules and cancelations so that we maximize our schedule and see as many valued clients as possible. All bookings are subject to change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we appreciate at least a 48-hour notice, or a charge of up to 100% of your scheduled service price will be charged to the card on file. For hair extension clients, a 48hr notice is required, or yourdeposit is non-refundable
