At The Palm Extension Bar, we thrive on providing each client who walks through our door the best possible service. In order to make this happen, we have a few basic policies in place to make certain thateveryone enjoys their Palm Extension Bar experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

To ensure prompt service, we are appointment only. All bookings with The Palm Extension Bar must be booked with a card on file or down payment. This is to reduce reschedules and cancelations so that we maximize our schedule and see as many valued clients as possible. All bookings are subject to change.
OUR CANCELATIONÂ POLICIES
Ensuring the Best Experience
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we appreciate at least a 48-hour notice, or a charge of up to 100% of your scheduled service price will be charged to the card on file. For hair extension clients, a 48hr notice is required, or yourdeposit is non-refundable.
